Sprouting kambu is a nutritious way to eat kambu. Sprouting improves hemoglobin status and also increases the Vitamin C levels in it which in turn helps in easier absorption. Cooking Instructions:

1. Add 2 spoons of Ana Foods Sprouted Kambu/ Pearl Millet in one cup of water and mix without lumps

2. (Optional) You can add a pinch of salt/pepper powder/jeera powder/sweetener as per your choice.

3. Cook the mixture in medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring continuously to avoid forming lumps

4. Cool the porridge and serve. Consume the porridge within 30 mins of cooking the porridge.
