MANUFACTURING

Fresh juice from sugarcane is extracted using the crusher
The extracted juice is filtered and then added to a large iron vessel to be processed
The fresh juice is heated for about 3-4 hours with continuous monitoring and stirring
The dirt that gets collected at the top while boiling is removed manually
After boiling for about 3-4 hours, the juice solidifies and when it comes to desired consistency, the semi-solid jaggery is transferred to a large wooden vessel (made of Vaagai wood) and allowed to cool
Once cooled, the semi-solid jaggery will be crushed to powder
The freshly crushed jaggery powder will be allowed to cool further until it reaches room temperature.
The jaggery powder is packed, sealed, and reaches you to make your life healthier and tastier
